Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI Trend Studio, an AI video studio for creating video clips and images through conversation. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

AI Trend Studio provides a platform to create AI-generated videos and images from text, photos and other reference media. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through AI Trend Studio, including but not limited to templates, code, infrastructure setup, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of AI Trend Studio is aitrendstudio.com.

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the AI Trend Studio service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of aitrendstudio.com and any third parties.
• While you retain ownership of your custom implementations and modifications, the core AI Trend Studio platform and templates remain the property of aitrendstudio.com.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using AI Trend Studio:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and templates
• Reselling or redistributing AI Trend Studio templates without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

AIGC Acceptable Use Policy

AI Trend Studio provides content-generation and editing features including text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, image generation and image editing. You may not use the service to generate, edit, upload, distribute, or assist in creating any of the following:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: Explicit sexual content, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of minors.
2. Violence or graphic content: Content that gratuitously depicts, glorifies, or incites serious injury, torture, dismemberment, graphic gore, or terrorist violence.
3. Hate speech: Dehumanizing, threatening, violence-inciting, or hate-glorifying content targeting a person or group based on protected characteristics.
4. Child-safety violations, including CSAM: Any child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or content that sexualizes, exploits, or places minors in an overtly unsafe context. We will take immediate action and report such content where required by law.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation: Content that impersonates a real person without consent, or creates deceptive synthetic media or false identities that could mislead, defraud, or harm others.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement: Unauthorized copying, adaptation, distribution, or use of third-party copyrighted or trademarked material, including confusingly imitative content that falsely suggests a source or affiliation.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all materials you submit to AI Trend Studio and comply with applicable law. We do not guarantee that any input or output is suitable for a particular purpose; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it commercially.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the seriousness and recurrence of a violation, we may issue a warning, restrict features, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate an account, or cancel unused benefits. For content that appears unlawful, creates a safety risk, or involves child sexual abuse material, we may preserve records, restrict access, and report it to relevant authorities where permitted or required by law. We consider the circumstances of each case and may take action without prior notice.

User Reporting

To report content or an account that may violate this policy, email support@aitrendstudio.com with “Content report” in the subject line. Include the relevant page or content link, suspected violation category, date and time, and any necessary context. Do not attach or resend child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content. We will acknowledge reports within a reasonable period and investigate or take action as appropriate. Reporter information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Content Moderation

To help keep the service safe, we may review prompts, uploads, outputs, account activity, and reports using automated and human review. These measures may include safety classifiers, keyword or pattern detection, similarity checks, and manual review. Review may result in content being blocked, delayed, removed, or restricted. Because automated systems can make mistakes, if you believe content was incorrectly handled, contact support@aitrendstudio.com with the relevant details so we can review it.

Privacy and Data Collection

AI Trend Studio collects the following types of data:

Pricing and Payments

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Prices are subject to change with notice to users
• Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on AI Trend Studio are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the customer's location by our payment provider, Creem.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
• Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aitrendstudio.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
